1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Notopy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Automated Security Scanning
Notopy provides fully automated security scanning services. We do not offer manual code reviews, in-person consulting, or custom penetration testing. All scanning results, threat classifications, and remediation suggestions are generated automatically by our software engines and tools.
3. Authorized Use Only
You may only submit scanning targets (URLs, repositories, or endpoints) that you own, operate, or have explicit authorization to audit. Submitting unauthorized targets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to certain features or recurring monitoring requires a paid subscription. Payments are handled through our payment gateway, Dodo Payments. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize recurring charges where applicable.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that our automated scans will detect every vulnerability or threat, or that our remediation prompts will be error-free. You assume all responsibility for verifying any patches or changes you apply to your codebase.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notopy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our scanning engine, report details, or automated suggestions.
