Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Because Notopy provides immediate automated scanning scans and digital report generation, scans that have already been executed are generally not eligible for refunds.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Security Monitoring monthly plan at any time through your billing portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Service Inavailability
If you purchase a scan credit and are unable to execute the scan due to a technical failure or outage of our automated scanning engines, please reach out to our team to request a credit replacement or a full refund of that specific transaction.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or raise a billing issue, email support@notopy.com with your transaction details and Clerk account username. We review all requests within 3 business days.
